Help Me Grow Sacramento County – SCOE Early Learning

A centralized call center assists families, early learning providers, child health care providers, and community partners with accessing information about developmental milestones and provides free developmental screenings and referrals to appropriate agencies.

Help Me Grow family – SCOE Early Learning

Help Me Grow family advocates provide in-person support including developmental screenings for children, birth through age five, and facilitate connections to information, resources and comprehensive services.
