The California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) is funded by the California Department of Social Services, Child Care and Development Division and has provided high-quality professional learning, technical assistance, and support to California’s preschool program administrators and teachers through its statewide network since 2004.

Early Learning Workforce Development – SCOE Early Learning

SCOE’s Early Learning Department is proud to support the early learning workforce through stipends for 21 hours of professional learning, college coursework, connections to professional growth advising for permit attainment or renewal, and programs to support attaining a BA or a TK teaching credential working in a district.
