UPK Mixed Delivery Planning

Sacramento County’s UPK Mixed Delivery Plan, developed by a diverse workgroup consisting of broad representation of the early learning and care community, focuses on six key areas to expand access universally to preschool programs for three- and four-year-old children across the county through a mixed-delivery system.

The UPK Mixed Delivery Workgroup meets virtually three times a year. All our welcome. Dates for the 2026-2027 term are below.
